Refund Policy

Maven accepts timely exchange/return of products within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. Any request regarding the delivery of the Product(s) must be made within 14 days of receiving the Product(s). The customer must contact customer service via info@mavenbag.com in advance to obtain a “Return Authorization”.

You may return the product(s) to us after receiving the return authorization for your order. The products must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached to the branded packaging provided. This is also to ensure that the products are returned to us in a proper and undamaged condition. The products must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags when provided and placed in a protective outer box for shipping.

Returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund may be refused.
